I designed a sleek little ring stand to complement my Ikea Tokabo light, which had a somewhat bare appearance at the base. To give it a more polished look, I created a matching pedestal that can be easily attached to the lamp, with a clever cable management system that routes the cord through a discreet cut-out at the back.
