ikea tisken
thingiverse
I use this as a negative space object to allow things to hang from the IKEA TISKEN suction cups. For instance, I had a shower rod bracket for a handheld shower that broke, so I made a bracket to secure it to the wall. I design the bracket/object and then use this as a negative space to hollow it out. The longer neck version is best because it allows you to slip the bracket onto the suction cup. It's a tight fit, snug, but there isn't any play once the designed part is attached. This is the old tisane suction cup, but the dimensions on the new one match. However, there isn't a handle to tighten the cup. The new ones are press fit, simpler and cheaper. I'm excited to share my first published design with you, and I hope you can make good use of it. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
