Ikea tertial lamp upside-down attachement

I engineered this attachment to securely hold a customized Tertial lamp beneath a shelf (as shown in the accompanying images). To complete the assembly, I require an M6 bolt, nut, and washer. The pole-mounted bolt head must be modified to fit snugly into the Tertial lamp's design. A central tube is incorporated to position the M6 bolt precisely within the tertial bracket. This attachment is engineered to be securely fastened with M5 screws and nuts passing through the shelf.
