I had some plates for another speaker and measured all the dimensions and replicated the cover plates. The first prototype I made had printed the inner pegs that the soft TPU or TPE bumpers go on, but they are 3.2mm and snap off easily, so I went with steel rods that are cut to length (~7.9mm) and glued into the plates. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KYB5HQ6 The bumpers that fit over the pegs are very soft silicone on the original plates, so I tried Sainsmart TPU, but were a little solid for my liking, and had some Ninjaflex on hand. I prefer those, and included a project with the optimal settings borrowed from the Ninjaflex Benchy. You should print the external perimeters of the cover plates first since the infill between speaker holes is very tight, and can fail if any of the infill doesn't stick or under extrudes. * For Prusaslicer, under Print Settings, check "External perimeters first:” * For Bambu Studio, under Advanced, select “Order of inner wall/outer wall/infill = outer/inner/infill” For the bumpers, I had better success at their small scale with multiple pieces on one plate by checking Print Settings > Output options > Complete individual objects in Prusaslicer.
