My inaugural 3D printing endeavor was a custom leg cap for an Ikea table, meticulously crafted as a replacement for a missing piece. The dimensions of my design matched those of the original part perfectly, ensuring seamless integration with the existing furniture. I utilized Solidworks 2018 to create the digital model, which I then expertly converted into STL format. Ultimately, it was printed on an Ultimaker machine with precision and finesse.
