IKEA Säglarö sunshade rope attach

This is a custom rope attachment point designed specifically for IKEA's Säglarö sunshade. The Säglarö shade is an oversized, hanging sunshade that can be easily caught in the wind, causing it to swing back and forth. To address this issue, I created this rope attachment point. To use the attachment point, simply slide it onto the top of the desired bar. Then, push the bar with the attachment point into the pocket in the shade's material. The attachment point fits snugly into the pocket without causing any damage. Once installed, you can attach one end of a rope to the loop and the other to a hook on your patio or terrace, just like I did.
