It is an adapter in order to exchange the bottle which came with the pump, and fit a dishsoap bottle onto it directly. I have only tested this with the swedish branded "YES" dishsoap bottle though.Note. You will need a small hose extension for the pump in order to reach the bottles bottom. I use a transparrent silicone rubber hose for it.
