I printed six of these great PTFE holders by Optikalblitz for use on my SKADIS based MMU2S filament management system. I found that during printing the tension on the filament would sometimes cause the holder to “fail upward” and pop out of pegboard hole. This version changes the standard SKADIS pegboard clip to a “T” configuration where the PTFE holder is inserted at a 90 degree angle then rotated into the correct position. The remixed part is designed for a very tight fit, in fact it may be a little too tight as I had to file a little bit away to twist the part in without breaking the “T”. I'm leaving it the way it is for now because the tight fit is an important part of keeping the part from coming loose from the SKADIS. You may need to file the surface of the “T” that contacts the back of the SKADIS if you can't twist it into position without damaging the “T”. I have included a link to the Tinkercad file if you want to shave a little off of the “T” for your design: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/2MUHo2cd59u Additional vertical shells (I used 6) and/or high infill are recommended to give the pegboard clip “T” some extra strength. The threads will accept a PC4-M10 PTFE adapter. On my remix the threads are a tight fit but the PC4-M10 will go all the way in with a little muscle.Enjoy!
