Ikea Skuggis hook adapter

I had to secure something on a hook that was mounted in the office using an Ikea Skuggis hook. This adapter simply sits on the wall, attached to the Skuggis base unit. Developed with OpenScad software, this design can be customized if required. The Skuggis base has a curved top section which I didn't include as it's entirely internal and the clearance is very tight due to manufacturing tolerances.
