IKEA Skadis Tape Holder

Tape holder for the IKEA Skadis pegboard. It uses Universal Hook from [IKEA Skadis Collection](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2853261), which I included in files for convenience, but it's same as the original. Design was also inspired by the style of [Pliers Holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5207152) and functionality of [Tape Holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3312819). It is made for 8mm rod/pipe, which can be from aluminium, steel, wood or whatever. I used 32cm long pipe, but it can be any multiple of 4cm since holes on Skadis are 4cm apart. Hole is made to be exactly 8mm, but it might need some cutting/sanding depending on your tolerances. Holder has left and right side, but I have also included middle if you want extra reinforcement, but I personally didn't use that. It's designed for tapes from 25mm to 130mm in diameter maybe more. Holders should be printed on their sides and I do recommend to use support for the hook holes, but it's not necessary.
