Twist fit support mounts the same dimensions as the IKEA original ones, available as screw to the wall (hole in middle) or 'twist fit' - no screw required. Takes up 1 slot on the board. Allows the middle to be supported when heavier items added to the board (this caused mine to bend slightly). Ikea only provide 2 supports + metal bar so these are a good addition to support the board. Can also be used to mount off-cuts to the wall too.
