Flush mount for a Kalimba by https://www.quokkatunes.com/ Pegs can be attached to the backing using flat head M2.5 screws although M3 worked with a bit of effort. The bottom hole for the mount is out of range for the peg board but only the top two are needed. I rotated the top two pegs once installed so it would not be able to be removed from the pegboard.
