Ikea Skadis Drill Bit Carousel for DeWalt

I took inspiration from [3Deddy's design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3622924) and made a drill bit carousel for the Ikea Skadis but suited specifically for two drill bit sets sold by DeWalt. It is likely compatible with any 10-piece metric set of drill bits sized from 1mm to 10mm but the inner ring is suited specifically for the [DeWalt Extreme Masonry 5-piece set](https://www.amazon.co.uk/DeWalt-Extreme-Masonry-Drill-5Pcs/dp/B00CSXZ11A). The shaft of the masonry drill bit is actually a bit smaller diameter than the drill bit size itself so the hole diameters are a bit less than they would need to bit for drill bits with a shaft size equal to their diameter. The fit of the drill bits in the hole is loose without being so loose that the bits flop about everywhere. You shouldn't have any friction preventing you from pulling out the drill bits so if you turn it upside down, they will fall out. If you'd like a tighter fit, you can modify the hole settings in Cura slicer. This design uses the [Skadis Universal Hook created by CSD_Salzburg](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2853261/files). I've included the file here just in case it's needed but I recommend downloading it directly from his designs.
