I have uploaded an updated pic, by the way. The reason why the PTFE connectors don't line up is because the spools are now smaller - I've switched from 1kg spools to some 750g ones. To solve this issue, I plan to add a connector in the middle that can also feature a PTFE tube on the outside. My older pic only shows one of these clips, as at that point I had only printed one. I think I used a 12mm brim and set the Brim Height to 1mm, with fillet checked on in Kisslicer. I tried using Cura, but its brim section doesn't have a brim height setting - perhaps the raft section does this instead? However, I'd already experienced several failed prints with Cura at that point, and this was one of my first prints using Cura slicer (I've mostly used Kisslicer up until now). My printer likely needs tweaking in Cura before it will work properly. Kisslicer succeeded on the first try, but I suspect this might be because I have settings for my printer from the kit suppliers. Print Settings: Printer: Kossel XL Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% Notes: I believe I used a 12mm brim and 1mm brim height with filled checked on in Kisslicer - it's essential that this print adheres to the bed properly.
