I designed this solution for an older Platsa rail that frequently falls out of its mount. There are some concentric Rail holders similar to mine. To keep these secure, I drilled a 2.5mm hole and cut a M3 thread into the rail. This prevents the holder from slipping out. This system effectively stabilizes the rail, rendering it immovable in any direction.
