IKEA Pax Clothes Hanger Valet
thingiverse
I made a similar one like IKEA's but with only two holes for hanging. I figured adding a third hole might put too much stress on it. The main reason I created this was that we rarely go down to IKEA and their website shipping has always been a hassle for me in the past. My first attempt didn't turn out well; the holes weren't aligned properly. I had measured them to be 30mm apart, but they were actually 32mm apart. I also noticed that it would bend slightly when something heavy was hanging on it, so I added two holes near the 90-degree turn. You can optionally put a small screw in there for better support. For the main screws, I used leftover screws from building the Pax unit. It's made of plastic, so it's not as strong as the official hanger, but it gets the job done. I was able to hang two suits on it without any issues, and it doesn't seem like it's about to break. I printed it with PLA, so I'm thinking ABS would be a sure thing, though I doubt PLA will break from normal use. I used Hactchbox PLA black. If there's interest, I might add a clothes hook, allowing you to hang clothes directly without using a hanger. It would likely need to be on the back side for easier printing without supports.
