IKEA Pals replacement insert

I've had these dog tail hooks from IKEA for ten or so years, but every move I seem to break those plastic insert thingies. The design is clearly a bit different from the original, my goal was to print it without supports. It sits a bit further back, but you can compensate by leaving the screw to stick out a bit further. I've not hung anything off them yet, but I'll let you know once I've put one up.
