Ikea Norden Lock Inset

Our IKEA Norden table is an excellent piece of furniture that unfortunately lost one of the vital inserts used for securing it in its fully extended position. I carefully measured the hole and created a simplified version using OpenScad software. The insert fit perfectly on my second attempt, so despite planning to add screw holes, I decided not to, as the forces acting on it are primarily sideways. Instead of the traditional crossbar found in the original design, I designed a rounded plate at a 45-degree angle to make it stronger and easier to print.
