A popular cabinet used to convert into am indoor grow cabinet is the Ikea Milsbo. One popular feature to add to the Milsbo cabinet, aside from lighting of course, are fans to provide adequate air flow; 80mm fans work perfect in this cabinet with a popular recommended item being the USB powered, and speed adjustable, AC Infinity fans. However one may ask, how do you mount the fans? I did not like the chain idea, hanging hooks, or double sided tape as you loose the ability to adjust the fan angle, reduce air flow, and risk a fan falling. The solution in this upload is a fan mount that can use existing shelf screw locations OR double sided tape (30mm/1in wide). See the attached photos for details but nonetheless this is a super simple design with the ability to adjust up and down as well as left and right; it's a circular fan, rotating the fan provides no benefit. Print using any rigid material such as PLA, PETG, or ABS with at least 40% infill for strength and integrity. Screws used to assemble the mount are standard hex head screws and nuts to fit. It does not matter whether you use fine or coarse thread, nor whatever the head of the screw is hex, Phillips, or flat head. Use a screw and nut that will fit and provide the desired tension for adjustments. - Designed for .2 print resolution with a .4 nozzle, the finer the better! - If using Pursa Slicer print on 0.20mm QUALITY - Print 40% or more for infill - Print with supports enabled on print bed only! I prefer .2mm interface pattern spacing with 1mm pattern spacing for PETG. - Use any screw that you would like that will fit the hole! Hole diameter 5mm. Screw I used was a hex head, fine thread, with a length of 30.5 mm.
