IKEA MARKUS chairs face a common issue where they won't fit under certain desks due to fixed armrests. To address this problem, simply tilt the armrest lower by using a makeshift adjustment on one of its ends. This tweak doesn't require any additional bolts and provides enough clearance for 67.5cm, perfectly fitting my desk. For an even lower position, apply it to the front bolt hole. However, using it on both holes simultaneously is not advised, as this will only result in a wobbly armrest.
