Customizable Head End Table for the Ikea Malm Bed A compact 16x16cm table perfectly suited for the head end of the Ikea Malm bed. This design can be easily customized using SketchUp Make to accommodate a ~14cm version, ideal for smaller print sizes. As a creative touch, I'm utilizing two tables as speaker holders, adding an extra layer of functionality. Two versions are available: a larger one and another with 3 large holes to significantly reduce printing time and cost. I've successfully printed mine using Esun PETG, employing the following settings: * First layer temperature: 235°C * All other layers temperature: 225°C * Bed temperature: 75°C * Layer height: 0.3mm * Nozzle diameter: 0.4mm * Outline layers: 1 (using two results in a more stable design but requires additional printing time) * Infill percentage: 11% fast honeycomb * Top and bottom layers: 3 * Fan speed: 50% from layer 25 onwards Using V1.2 sliced with Simplify3D, this design requires approximately 90g of filament and 4-5 hours of printing time, capable of supporting over 10kg. The V1.1 version is even more stable but demands longer printing times and a greater amount of filament.
