IKEA LOGGA Shoe Rack Leg Extender

The IKEA LOGGA shoe rack has about 60 mm clearance underneath it, which is too shallow for most robotic vacuum cleaners. I created these leg extenders to replace the original feet and gain sufficient clearance for the Neato XV series. The extenders fit snugly inside the 19.5 mm pipe, increasing the clearance to approximately 105 mm, which is adequate for most robotic vacuum cleaners. The design was specifically tailored for printing in ABS, but you may need to adjust the scale slightly for other plastics. I printed this design using 1.2 mm walls and 30% infill. This design can likely be adapted to other furniture with similar designs by scaling it up or down in all dimensions, X-Y only, or Z only. However, do not attach this to heavy furniture, as it may compromise the stability of the piece or fail under excessive load, potentially creating hazardous situations!
