This simple support structure enhances the stability of the LILLABO train bridge, specifically the green one shown at http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/40292704/. The existing support pieces in the LILLABO basic set differ significantly from this bridge's height, which seems counterintuitive. Given that the original bridge comes with two supports prone to being knocked over by my son, I created a design with a screw hole for secure attachment to the bridge, preventing it from toppling easily. This support piece is identical in height to the Melissa and Doug Swivel Bridge found at http://www.melissaanddoug.com/swivel-bridge-train-set. The included Sketchup file provides a detailed layout of this design.
