Sadly, IKEA's LED Bar has a glaring flaw - its limited mounting surface doesn't allow double-sided tape to securely hold it in place against the wall. Undeterred, I devised a simple solution: designing and printing a custom clip holder that boasts a spacious surface area for mounting. With this sturdy base firmly anchored to the wall using double-sided tape, my problem is now solved. Alternatively, the OpenSCAD file provided allows you to drill screw holes directly into the LED Bar for a more robust hold. This versatile design lets users choose their preferred mounting method based on their specific needs and preferences. I produced the holder clip from high-quality ABS plastic, leveraging an optimized print setting of 0.2mm layer size to achieve crisp definition and minimal post-processing.
