This assembly essentially adds roller skates to your IKEA Lack Table!

I have included 4 gcode files:

Shaft_and_Wheel_0.3mm_PETG_MK3S_1h1m.gcode

Includes the shaft, collar, and wheel in case you want to print this in a different color than the bearing fixturing.

BearingFixturing_0.3mm_PETG_MK3S_2h45m.gcode

Includes the bearing fixturing with supports, this is the main object that will hold everything together.

BearingAllInOne_0.3mm_PLA_MK3S_3h36m.gcode

This is a PLA version including all pieces. I would advise you print these parts in PETG, but this file is included if you have no available PETG plastic and want to print it in PLA. Be advised that PLA is not as structural as PETG, and this part may wear down over time.

BearingAllInOne_0.3mm_PETG_MK3S_3h42m.gcode

This is the ideal file you would print, since it includes all necessary part files with supports when needed. This file will provide enough parts to make one assembly, or one roller skate for the lack table.

Once you have selected and printed one or more of these files, you will need to remove some support structures on the Bearing Fixturing. These support structures should come off easily.

Other items you will need before construction:

[x8] 608-2rs bearings (often called “Skateboard bearings”)

[x4] M5x20mm Wood Screws (or any length close to that amount)\

Instructions:

Screw the Bearing Fixturing onto the bottom of one Lack Table leg, There is a singular hole for the M5x20mm screw in the middle of the part.

Ensure the support material is removed, and insert 1 skateboard bearing into each slot on the Bearing Fixturing.

Hold the wheel in place, and slide the shaft through one bearing, the wheel, then the other bearing.

To hold this shaft in place, press the collar into the shaft. See the attached pictures for a reference. This collar should snugly stay in place on the shaft.

If you have any questions about the assembly process, please let me know! Happy printing!
