Ikea Lack Table Leg Bracket
thingiverse
I spotted my Ikea Lack table was tilting a bit, so I came up with this stabilizer.\nYou will need 4 stabilizers altogether, one for each leg. They are designed for size 6 screws, with plenty of holes for 7 in each stabilizer, which is definitely overkill, so you can probably get away with fewer.\nI have included models that feature the following on each hole:\n-An 82 degree countersink, designed specifically for standard wood screws.\n-A more shallow countersink, designed for drywall screws.\n-No countersink, designed for normal pan head screws.\nThese stabilizers paired with a foam pad below the table have reduced vibration caused by the printer almost entirely.\nPrinting Settings\nPrinter Brand: \n Robo 3D\n \n Printer: \n R1 PLA Model\n \n Rafts: \n Doesn't Matter\n \n Supports: \n No\n \n Resolution: \n .25\n \n Infill: \n 20%\nDesign Process\nDesigned in Creo Parametric.
