This corner bracket is specifically designed for stacking two IKEA tables atop each other and securing them with bolts. Its inspiration comes from a unique instructable: "3D Printer Enclosure from Upcycled Furniture," located at http://www.instructables.com/id/3d-Printer-Enclosure-from-Upcycled-Furniture/. These corner brackets facilitate easy stacking by eliminating the need to bolt the top table into place. The brackets securely hold the upper table in position, but include a hole for bolting it down if desired. My intention is to leave mine unbolted, creating a dock for my carry-along top enclosure crafted from another disassembled LACK table.
