UPDATE 9/6/16: Minor tweaks made to the design. Walls on top increased in thickness, inside edges realigned for a smoother print with a wall thickness of 1mm. UPDATE 9/5/16: Test prints and fittings completed. Top of adapter modified to allow bottom LACK legs to sit directly on it. Measurements adjusted to fit Aldis legs better. ORIGINAL: Planning to use the Ikea Lack table as an enclosure for my Monoprice Maker Select v2, with a first shelf raised higher to accommodate more items underneath. Extra Ikea Aldis legs available led to designing this adapter, which slips over Lack Table corners and allows Aldis legs to be screwed in. A square on top enables another Lack Table to sit above it. The adapter can be screwed into the Lack table from above. The idea is for Aldis legs with the adapter to replace standard legs, and then place another Lack table above the modified one. Print Settings: Printer: Monoprice Maker Select v2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 50% Notes: Given the walls are 4mm thick, recommend setting walls to 2mm for a solid print and no gap between them.
