IKEA Lack Rotating Latch Plexilock 3mm Drehverschluss
thingiverse
This is a custom latch designed for an IKEA Lack enclosure that closes by rotating its top part and stays locked due to a ball-and-grove mechanism. To secure it in place, I used 4.5x35mm woodscrews accompanied by a washer. Double-sided tape prevents the lower section from spinning freely when open. The top portion of the IKEA Lack has an overhang slightly exceeding its legs, so I employed a 30mm endmill to shave down the top and create a flush surface with the leg, which ultimately allowed me to perfectly align the Plexiglas with the leg.
