IKEA Lack MMU/MMU2S Extension for Prusa i3 Printers

Changes: 2020-02-27: Simplified FilamentFeeder_Top for easier 3D printing. After building my "Original Prusa i3 MK3 ENCLOSURE" on an Ikea Lack table, I purchased a MMU2s for my Prusa i3 MK3S but did not want to change the enclosure. So, I designed this IKEA Lack MMU extension to access my MMU and feed tubes from filament spool holders directly to the printer. I highly recommend using these spool holders (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3228827) because they allow you to eliminate the original filament buffer, which requires a lot of space. WARNING: I tested this extension on Prusa i3 MK3S and MMU2s, but other models might need customization. Please inform me if these are necessary for your printer or mmu setup. Build Instructions: - Build up your Ikea Lack enclosure (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2864118) with two or three Ikea Lack tables; I recommend using three. - Cut two holes (40x260mm & 195x150mm) in the table surface as seen in the second screenshot. You will need a saw with a blade length of 50mm or above. - Print the parts included here and click them together; you may want to fix them a bit using some glue. - Place your Original Prusa Printer with the MMU on top, below the plate where you added the parts from this thing. - Place your spool holders and connect them to the MMU. - Enjoy access to your MMU and happy printing.
