My Ongoing Lack Enclosure Project Takes Off, Focusing on E12 Printer Integration. The Height of This Custom-Designed Enclosure Allows Me to Utilize Cut Down Legs Rather Than Printing 4 Extension Pieces, Each 200mm in Length. To Achieve a Stable Connection Between the Standard Full-Length Leg and the Hollow-Cut Down Leg, I've Developed a Unique Joining Design That Fits Seamlessly onto the Bottom of an Intact Lack Leg. This Innovative Solution Enables Me to Securely Fix the Joiner to the Bottom of the Full-Length Leg Using 4 No. 8 x 1" Wood Screws (Equivalent to 4mm x 25mm). This Provides a Solid Foundation for the Connection, While the Open-Ended Leg (A Cut Down One in My Case) Slides Over the Joiner and Is Secured with 4 M4 x 15mm Countersunk Screws. To Ensure Accuracy and Precision in Drilling the Leg, I've Designed a Customized Drilling Jig That Provides a Close Tolerance and Secure Fix.
