[Ikea Lack] Leg extension (modular)
thingiverse
I'm searching for a budget-friendly and modular extension for my IKEA LACK table legs to support a larger printer like my Ender 5. Everyone prints massive extensions, which leads to high filament costs and an enormous amount of time. I've developed an alternative approach: using the legs from another LACK table to extend it to your required length! Here's what you'll need: * Two IKEA LACK tables * All-purpose/wood screws (16x 4mm x 25mm or 3.5 x 25mm; longer ones are possible, but not larger than 4mm diameter) * M5 screws (16x M5 x 15mm) * M6 nuts (16x) * Optional but recommended: M5 washers (choose any size you like; the bigger it is, the better it holds) * A wood drill (5mm and <3mm) Check out the pictures for the installation process.
