I modified sspierings' design to include an eSun tube hole alongside the standard slot. To compensate for my subpar cutting skills when making the Lack table slot, I enlarged the top-brim. Before printing, first create a "test fit" component and fine-tune the scale or printer settings until you achieve a snug friction fit. On my Ender3 Pro, I adjusted the "Horizontal Expansion" setting by -0.1mm to ensure a perfect print with no supports required.
