Ikea LACK enclusure level adjuster feet low profile

<p>An adjustable feet for Ikea LACK enclosure. I designed it for my enclosure that has one additional LACK tabletop plate at the bottom. However, you may also use it for the table legs directly.</p><p>It's equipped with M24 thread that enables to adjust your enclosure leveling for your floor condition. Some furniture protection pads in 40mm diameter fits on the bottom (I use some felt pads). You need 4x 6mm tapping screws to fix the center piece (file name: Ikea lack adjuster 01). The center piece has 2 versions, one has a taper hole and another one just normal hope. please chose up to your screw. &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>Currently I'm using them printed by PLA, 5 perimeter + 20% infill. you may need more infill depend on how heavy your set up is.</p><p>In case you are annoyed by turning of the center piece while adjustment, you can print a 30mm wrench to hold it.</p><p>Despite the low profile design, there is still some space to clean underneath by Swiffer ;)&nbsp;</p><p>[In Japanese]</p><p>Ikea LACKエンクロージャ用のアジャスターです。LACKテーブル天板を一番下にもう一枚追加した状態のエンクロージャ用にデザインしましたが、テーブルの脚に直接でも使えるかと思います。</p><p>M24のねじにより、フロアの状態に合わせて調整できます。家具用の脚パッド(40㎜)も使用できます(私はフェルトのものを使用)。中央の部品(ファイル名: Ikea lack adjuster 01)の固定には6㎜のタッピングネジが4本必要です。中央の部品は皿ねじ用のザグリの有無で2種類あるのでお手持ちのねじに合わせて選んでください。</p><p>現在私はPLA, 5 perimeter, 20% infillでプリントしたものを使用中ですが、エンクロージャ全体の重さによってはさらにインフィルが要るかもしれません。</p><p>また、もし調整中に中央のねじが一緒に回ってしまう場合、30㎜のレンチをプリントしてご利用ください。</p><p>ロープロファイルなデザインですが、クイックルワイパー的なもので掃除する程度の隙間はあります(^^</p>
