IKEA Lack Enclosure Wall brace
thingiverse
Misc Notes Nothing I tried made my 3 high lack table enclosure stop wobbling enough. so I came up with these. They attach existing lack enclosures because they come apart, nd the secure to the wall using nails at a steep, opposing angle to prevent them pulling out of even regular drywall. My enclosure does not move during printing at all now. Assembles using M5 Heat set inserts and M5 screws up to 25mm long, though m5X10 will likely work. Prints flat on the bed, requires no supports in PLA, even with the fillet on the bottom. mine is plenty solid printed with 3 wall and 15% infill. Secures to the wall using 2 nails angle 45 degrees inward to prevent it from wiggling out of the wall from repeated machine movement. I used nails to minimize the size of the hole in the wall, and to minimize install effort. Simply clamp the support around the Lack leg, push it up against the wall, and whack a couple nails in. It should hold well even in plain drywall due to the angle of the nail. I've included the F3D file so that you can modify the holes for smaller heat inserts, or if you want to mod it to attach to the wall with screws and anchors.
