IKEA LACK enclosure filament hole
thingiverse
I'm pretty green when it comes to Fusion and 3D modeling overall. I try my best though. I haven't printed this yet because I'm still waiting for my printer to arrive. I wanted a filament guide that would fit through the IKEA table with "rings" on both sides, and it had to be removable too. Since I couldn't find one online, I decided to make my own. Here's what you need to do: Drill a hole 35mm deep. To be honest, I'm having trouble figuring out how to get them standing in the picture. I've tried adjusting the settings with Cura, but it saved them in an invalid file format, so I'll have to investigate that later when I have some time. UPDATE: I've printed them now and they're sitting pretty after a few adjustments. I had to file down the hole in the table a bit - you might be able to force it in if you're careful. Also, I had to use a drill on the small holes that connect the two parts together because of stringing issues. With a well-adjusted printer, this shouldn't be necessary afterwards.
