ikea Lack enclosure dual caliper holder
thingiverse
I needed a spot to stash my calipers so I decided to craft something that wouldn't demand any gluing or screwing to attach. I came up with this... I was gazing at it on my enclosure and thought, "I've got multiple sets of calipers, and it would be fantastic to have both of them within easy reach." So, I made this. Just like the single caliper version there's no glue or screws required. However, if you want to screw this to the legs I created two chamfered holes on the back side (you'll need #6 x 12 wood screws). You can also secure the spring in place for the battery holder I provided four files. The main one is the Dual Caliper Holder. You can just print this and slide it onto one of your enclosure legs. I also added the ability to hold two LR44 or AG13 batteries. For this you'll need a spring from a spare pen (banks give them out for free!) The spring fits on a nub located in the battery holder. You might want some super glue, but it's not necessary. You'll also need the Battery Plunger, and the Battery Spacer if you want to hold batteries. The last piece you'll need is the Battery Bracket. This prevents the batteries from going anywhere. Print this part with the legs facing up. The Bracket can be glued on, but it's not required. Once you press it in place it will not come off without damage. Enjoy
