ATTN: REVISIONS INCOMING aka NOT THE FINAL PRODUCT! Save space and achieve a cleaner look by having your filament fed directly from the dry box underneath! The roller on the rod also serves as a reliable filament guide, with extremely low friction. I have also relocated/mounted the LCD up front and mainboard and power supply underneath for improved accessibility. Upcoming Revisions: -Install a 120mm fan and duct to the window (STL is provided) -Add a clear door -Secure the filament tubing BOM: 2 x Ikea Lack tables Multi-color LED USB 2 x 5mm Bore Aluminum Toothless Timing Belt Idler Pulley for Filament Guide Rod Holder/Rod Anti-vibration: -Thick Rubber foot pads from local hardware store. Attach to bottom legs -Dense Anti-vibration mat for 3D printer or furniture moving sliders foam Optional: 2mm craft foam. Attach to bottom of top legs and optionally line the bottom edges of the glass/acrylic that meets the surface. Bowden tube or water tubing for the filament feed through to the printer. Cable clips Velcro Glue or spray adhesive #8 countersunk wood screws and 3mm head screws for the rod holder Power supply holder AC mount on Power Supply Reprap Discount LCD case: used the side mounting brackets to mount the back LCD cover to bottom ikea table. Assembly: Cut the necessary holes in your bottom ikea table for the wires/tubing. Cover the holes with craft foam/adhesive and cut slits into them to allow stuff to pass through while making a good seal. Screw velcro strips to the back sides and secure equipment wires with them. Print 2 of the rod holders + 1 rod, and insert on each end of the rod. Mount underneath the top ikea lack table where it won't obstruct. Notes: The Original Corner Brackets (base 3mm thick) are pictured and spaced for 2mm foam on the leg sides for anti-vibration. The newer brackets (base 1 mm thick, no foam required) are sized to hug the legs and spaced to accommodate a front door. Both of these brackets screw into the bottom ikea lack table using #8 or less countersunk wood screws.
