Ikea Lack drawers
thingiverse
I designed these drawers for my Ikea Lack printer table as a fine addition to the included drawer of my Creality CR6 SE. They are large enough to fit a Capricorn-Ziplock-Bag and the most common tools. The parts (beside left/right/middle rail [Schiene links/rechts/mitte]) have to be printed twice: - Gnob (Griff) - Drawer (Schublade) - Pull out protection (Ausziehschutz) - Back lid (Deckel) Some additional information about printing: - All parts are aligned ready to print. - The side rails (Schiene links and rechts) need support, suggested distance between object and support is 0,12mm (or less for better results). Please use sntandard support (no tree-support!), otherwise the rails will be too unstable to be printed properly. - Infill as you like, i printed mine with 100% just to be sure there are no faults in the visible surface. - Clean the bed properly and heat up to a higher temperature to increase adhesion (i used 65°C to make sure the parts dont come off the bed). - The parts are screwed to the table with 3mm by 16mm wood screws, the gnobs (Griff) with M3 by 16mm screws and you can screw directly into the gnob (or cut a thread inside before). All screws are counter sunk screws. - The pull out protection (Ausziehschutz) is just pushed in to the hexagonal pattern of the middle rail. You may have to enlarge the parts slightly so that they do not get loose or fall off too easily. This is my first official make, please be kind and give me some feedback how the construction may can be improved. :)
