Ikea Komplement Large Box Wheel

A wheel, compatible with IKEA's Komplement large plastic store box's bottom slots, is the focus of my design experiment. Ensure that when printing, the axle is positioned vertically to maximize contact along the filament rather than across steps. The .scad file offers numerous parameters for customization, including the crucial taper angle. The angles are designed to self-support. For my test print, an item photo was produced in ABS using 40-degree angles from flat, except where small features or holes are concerned. To enhance stability, I plan on eliminating wheel holes and sparse filling if necessary. If this isn't sufficient in the axle's load-bearing area, I will reinstate the central void and solid fill the rest. My previous success includes printing a Ultimaker fan duct with 30-degree faces from horizontal, which worked wonderfully in PLA (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:17768).
