After two years of growing increasingly frustrated with my kitchen plinth disintegrating at the corners whenever I vacuumed, I finally created the corner piece that IKEA should have designed long ago. This innovative solution is specifically tailored for external corners and seamlessly fits all IKEAs extruded plinth profiles, including popular models like Ringhult and Voxtorp. A matching internal corner design is also available. The design boasts a hollow structure, which significantly reduces printing time, making it an ideal solution for users of 3D printers. As this project marks my first foray into designing for 3D printing, I welcome any constructive feedback or suggestions that can help improve the design.
