When building a kitchen from IKEA with a softer floor the feet used to support the cabinet might "sink" in the floor (plastic carpet). To fix this I made this to make the footprint on the floor bigger. I just made it as big as the useless decorative ring that is supplied.. So instead of 804mm2 it is now 2042mm2. It also added 5mm height but that is no problem to adjust... And if you have the same problem as I the bench had a slight lean due to the weight added after a the cabinets filled up...
