Ikea Jerker Desk Clamp for shelf and monitor

Using two square aluminum tubes measuring three-quarters of an inch on each side to hang a monitor and shelf requires two pieces. They were printed in PLA by John Briggs of the Marietta Maker Station using his homemade printer with a 0.8mm nozzle. Accessing the wiki page for The Maker Station at https://wiki.themakerstation.com/Main_Page provides more information. Two rail clamps and a VESA monitor swivel mount were added to the setup. These components were borrowed from another maker on Thingiverse, then modified to suit the project's needs. An additional hinge was incorporated into the 100mm monitor mount because one single hinge proved too weak and broke easily. However, all of the parts fit together smoothly after some filing. To prevent the shelf from hitting the monitor, the front mount must be lowered. A new mount was printed that works well, with plenty of support provided. Six-millimeter bolts measuring fifty millimeters in length are used throughout the setup, while a hundred-millimeter swivel mount requires six-millimeter bolts.
