This mounting plate is designed to be securely fastened to the ceiling and serves as a base for the Januari mounting system. However, due to difficulties in aligning the original mounting with the ceiling, I created this screw-on holder. To install this plate on your ceiling, you will need to acquire the necessary hardware, including dowels and drywall anchors, which can be determined by the type of ceiling you have. In addition, two M5 nuts and bolts are required for attaching the lamp to the mounting plate, necessitating the drilling of two holes in the lamp socket. The holes intended for the nuts are deliberately undersized, requiring heat treatment using a lighter before pressing them into place. This method prevents the nuts from coming loose during the attachment process. I have included Sketchup files, allowing you to customize this print design to accommodate other models.
