This thing includes the following: - Stronger boxes I didn't quite like the rigidity of the standard boxes so I made versions with a thicker 1.2 mm wall, allowing for 3 walls instead of 2 (adds 7 grams/box). New boxes are still stackable with original ones. Includes the following sizes: 1x1 (low&high) 1x2 (low&high) 1x3 (low&high) 2x2 (low&high) 2x3 (low&high) More sizes on demand. - Helmer latches In order to prevent drawers from opening while moving the cabinet I designed latches to stop the drawers from sliding out, spring back for easy operation. - Helmer drawer endstops (mounted) To prevent drawers falling out and having to sort thousands of components/screws theres endstops mounted with screws into the holes of the rails. The following parts are needed for the Latches: Mounting: 2x M3*10-40mm countersunk bolt (the longer the bolt the easier the mounting will be) 2x M3 hex nut 2x M3 washer Drill holes in the right side of the cabinet and mount the main body to the cabinet. Assembly: 2x M3*6mm bolt (non countersunk) 1x Spring Ø~5mmx27mm (any ballpen spring should work) Any type of thick lasting grease Install one of the bolts in the right side of the main body (for keeping the spring in place), slightly lube the inside of the main body and the angled sides of the other parts. Install the latch first, button second and lock the parts in place with the second bolt (mounting before assembly) Drawer endstops: Assembly (not necessary): 1x M3X16 Drive screw into the slightly coutersunk hole to make the endstop stronger. Mounting: 1x M4x6 Tap the hole (which the finger is pointing at in the picture) to M4, than install the endstops. In order to install the top drawer endstop the top plate of the cabinet needs to be removed, you can push back the metal tabs to remove the part. After installing the endstop slightly bend the tabs up before installing the top plate, and push on the top plate (the tabs should spring in place and lock the top plate).
