IKEA GUNDE chair fix

I've noticed that these affordable chairs from IKEA have a weak point where people typically grab them. This area sees a lot of force when individuals lean back in them, and I've witnessed many broken ones, including my own two. This is an effortless fix, primarily to demonstrate the idea rather than anything else. Simply need two zip-ties and the small printed component that reinforces the chair's back. A straightforward and inexpensive solution that spares you from discarding a perfectly good chair. If you're using thicker zip-ties, you might have to modify the FreeCAD file and increase the size of the holes. I designed this part with approximately 2.5 mm wide zip ties in mind. Alternatively, you can just drill out larger holes. I recommend printing it in PETG or ABS if you plan to use it outdoors, as PLA is prone to melting on a hot sunny day, especially if the filament is dark-colored and absorbs more heat.
