IKEA Fridans blind mount for PVC windows

I'm a fan of IKEA's Fridans roller blinds, but with PVC window frames that have windows that can swing inward and open outward, you might not have enough space to mount them or they'll get in the way. If only there was a way to attach the blinds directly to the opening window without using screws that compromise the window. Double-sided tape isn't an option either, as it won't hold up long enough. Well, now there's a solution that's just as simple as it is elegant! I designed this part for myself and I'm currently using it on all my windows. This part was specifically made for European PVC windows, the white ones you see everywhere in Eastern Europe with 15mm thick frames (excluding the rubber). It clamps around the frame of your window and holds up the mount for the Tupplur blind. This thing takes the weight and all forces. You'll still need some double-sided tape to keep it in place. When rolling up and down, there can be some sideways forces that might push it out of place. But I recommend getting good quality tape - generic carpet tape probably won't hold. Double-sided tape for car detailing does a great job, is durable, and is relatively cheap. You'll need: Strong double-sided tape designed for the automotive industry. PETG or ABS. Don't print this in PLA as it's too brittle, but feel free to try if you want! Let me know how that goes if you do! Print 2 of these, and mirror one so you have one for each side. That's it!
