IKEA Expedit / Lack Apple Wireless Keyboard & Trackpad Mount
thingiverse
I'd like to give a huge shoutout to areeve20 for creating an incredible design that allows me to keep my keyboard and trackpad off my desk. I took their design and modified it to fit perfectly on IKEA Expedit and Lack shelves, so I could easily hang my other keyboard and trackpad for my home theater server. The design comes with a version that has screw holes for securing, as well as one without them. On Expedit and Lack shelves, it fits snugly due to pressure, but you can also use it on Kallax system shelves by adding a screw for extra security. I added a finishing cylinder to the ends of the clip and gave it a subtle bevel along the edges to give it that distinct IKEA look. Print Settings: Printer: FLUX Delta Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 100 Infill: 5-10% Notes: Print on one side without any support or raft needed. Adjust your resolution and infill as desired for the perfect balance of aesthetics and strength. With two to three shells, you won't need much infill at all. Post-Printing: Print, finish however you like, and then mount it in place. Use the version with screw holes if your shelves are less than 51mm thick. How I Designed This: I used Autodesk 123D Design to create this amazing design.
