Ikea 'Dilling' Underbed Box Clip
thingiverse
A Simple Clip for the Ikea Dilling Underbed Box that Provides a Secure Grip of the Slippery Plastic Surface. The clip's design closely follows the edge of the box, Ensuring a Firm Hold. Simply Twist on Between the Ribs of the Box to Obtain a Secure Grip. These Clips Can Be Attached to Any Side; I Typically Fit 4 Clips Along Each Side. The Test Clip STL File is Designed to Verify Dimensions Quickly Before Producing a Large Batch Using the Full-Size File, which Helps Avoid Scaling Issues During Printing. Instructions: To Print These Clips, Simply Perform a Simple Extrusion of the 2D Clip Shape. This Process Should Take Approximately 15 Minutes per Clip. In My Case, I Printed Twenty of these Clips on an Ancient Thing-o-matic Printer Equipped with an APB (Titanium Belt), but They Can Be Easily Printed Using Almost Any 3D Printer. Special Thanks to Dnewman for Creating the Inkscape Converter, which Saved Me from Performing a Time-Consuming Scad Conversion by Hand. These Clips Print Well in ABS.
