Ikea desk clip - Cable management
thingiverse
Hello everyone, Today I created a cable management system for my IKEA desk. I'm not sure which model it is, but maybe it's an older GALANT design from IKEA. So, I have 10mm holes on the frame - some are slightly smaller at 9mm due to varying coatings. This design features a simple clip that can be inserted directly. It looks much neater than those clips attached to the edge. If you need to remove them, use a flathead screwdriver. Thanks for checking it out! Printer Settings: OEM DELTA is my printer of choice. Rafts aren't necessary in this case. Supports are enabled, with a resolution of 0.15mm and an infill density of 35%. Notes: I'm using a DIY Delta printer, which takes around 180 minutes to print six pieces at once. Cura 2.3.1 is my go-to slicing software. Print speed is set to 50mm/s for regular prints and 120mm/s for travel moves. PLA filament is heated to 210°C when printing multiple layers at once, while the bed temperature is kept at 65 degrees Celsius.
